There was a nice article by Rich Radford on ODU's Marquel Thomas getting a medical redshirt for last season's ending injury in Saturday's Virginian-Pilot.
On the first play from yesterday's scrimmage Thomas suffered another injury. The stands were quite as the medical/training staff attended to him. After the scrimmage I talked with Coach Wilder who said that he dislocated his elbow and Xrays were negative for any ligament damage. Coach said he will be ready for summer practice. Tough luck for a tough kid.

It sounds like he will be ready for the season though, so that is always good news.
