West Chester..
South Dakota St..
Duquesne..
Maine..
URI..
Towson..
Villanova..
thankfully UD didn't drop the South Dakota St game this year or there would have been just one attractive opponent on the 2010 home schedule.

Yup, that looks like a pretty tough schedule you gots there.ChickenMan wrote:I've been attending UD games for many years and there is no doubt that this years' HOME schedule is the most unattractive that I have seen..

I'm pretty sure you could just buy a ticket instead.Willie wrote:I'd kill to see the UD/SDSU game in person.

Kind'a hard not to make the playoffs with that schedule. Interesting question though.ChickenMan wrote:I've been attending UD games for many years and there is no doubt that this years' HOME schedule is the most unattractive that I have seen..

If they lose 4 of 5 to UR, JMU, W&M, UMass & Villanova I don't see how they possibly get into the playoffs.jstclmet wrote:Kind'a hard not to make the playoffs with that schedule. Let's say for sake of argument UD goes 7 - 4 with one of those W's coming against WCU. Do they still get into the expanded field with only 6 D1 Wins??? Let's further assume, UD win all of their NC games, and goes 4-4 in conference.
Their away games are
@ UR
@ JMU
@ W&M
@ UMass
What do you think??? Do they make the playoffs??

Hey, you have 2 more at-large spots now...you never knowChickenMan wrote:Playoffs.. PLAYOFFS... are you kidding me.. PLAYOFF???
Seriously.. the way the past two years have gone UD has been a long way from the playoffs.. if they can't win at leat eight games this season.. there won't be any playoffs in 2010.

By the way....about 95% of FCS teams would lose 4 of 5 to those 5.AZGrizFan wrote:If they lose 4 of 5 to UR, JMU, W&M, UMass & Villanova I don't see how they possibly get into the playoffs.jstclmet wrote:

Maybe UD's schedule will loosen up the wife a bit, and help pave the way for a move to Missoula for ya', huh?!!?ChickenMan wrote:Playoffs.. PLAYOFFS... are you kidding me.. PLAYOFF???

Its very possible, the teams i see UD possibly losing to at home are South Dakota State, Villanova and Maine as those three programs usually field decent teams.andy7171 wrote:Even sadder, they might lose 3-4 of those home games.
