The fastest way to effect change in others (in situations such as these) is an attitude of indifference instead of an attitude of anger, resistance and annoyance
There will always be special Black Awards and special Black Achievements and special Black Honors as long as there is White resistance and white anger related to the awards... it strengthens the emotional attachment to the award if you have "haters" to fight against
but nothing (NOTHING) can do emotional battle against total and complete indifference...
