And the home team issssssss.......
The winner of the Villanova W&M game. According to CSN the lower bracket will be "home" in Chatty this year.

Re: And the home team issssssss.......
But I picked both W&M and Villy to win in Z's poll....
Who is home team when they both win?

So just like a typical road game for App St. and Montana - either one will be bringing more fans than the home team has.

Sweet. I bought 6 tickets a while ago. Wasn't sure to pick home or visitor side... better seats were available on visitor so I grabbed them there.

The home team will be picked sunday. It's a coin flip. This is how they choose home or away and what hotel you stay at.

Re: And the home team issssssss.......
Not necessarily. I think W&M could bring more fans than Montana simply because of the distance and cost involved for Griz fans, vice a manageable drive for Tribe fans.danefan wrote:So just like a typical road game for App St. and Montana - either one will be bringing more fans than the home team has.

Why would that piss me off? I don't know many people who flew into Chatty, and I know a VAST majortiy of fans at the NC game don't fly period.danefan wrote:BTW, just for comparison's sake and to piss off 89Hen....

Somebody from the NCAA flips a coin. It doesn't matter what seed you have. I think the coin toss was before the semifinal games were played last week.weberwildcat wrote:y wouldn't UM be the home team?
I think when Montana played Marshall in '95, the Griz were officially the "home" team even though the game was in Marshall's stadium.

I think the coin toss actually took place shortly after the brackets were set, it doesn't matter which team wins the bracket.SouthDakotaGrizzly wrote:Somebody from the NCAA flips a coin.
