BTW, no place other than SLO that I enjoy watching football than Missoula. Great town, great stadium, great fans and a great program.
I would NOT want to tackle him.

You KNOW CP is my second favorite team AND location to watch BSC football. :kisswink:
And with Brown, you've made my point exactly. "THAT HAPPENS SOMETIMES WITH A YOUNG FIRST YEAR STARTER"...just like McKinney last year. Flashes of brilliance with moments that will just leave you shaking your head.
Fair enough AZ. I think as he takes more snaps he will continue to grow as a QB. He has the physical tools to be special.

Great fans and program in Cheney too. I had a blast both times I have been there other than the two losses. :thumb:

Talk is cheap. We can say we're going to play smart, play disciplined, play with a sense of purpose, but until we actually do that, we will still be mid-pack Big Sky team. We have enough talent that we can beat the lower tier teams despite our mistakes, but we cannot win doing them against the upper teams in the conference. We need to fix it by next week or else the game will be over by halftime.

Cal Poly has a good team this year. Maybe not quite at the level where EWU and the Griz are right now, but not that far behind. I was really impressed more with their defense than their offense and how they stopped us. Their offense was typical Walsh, not flashy by any means, but good enough to beat you.

I don't know if it made the broadcast but I was the one who threw his hat down 7 rows when we missed that last PAT. I was pretty upset.

Thanks Jalmond.... I think PSU is some discipline and coaching away from competing for a Big Sky championship; they certainly have the talent
.
We'll soon see.

Jalmond, I agree with your assessment. Year after year Portland State has extremely talented athletes yet they can't quite consistently put it together. In a typical year it seems they can play with anyone yet inevitably come up short. If it's any consolation I'm always apprehensive when they play the Griz. I know I'll feel better if that game is in hand by halftime. :D

I think one of the broadcasters mentioned they thought there was a flag, but a fan threw something onto the field.

I wanted to put that in there to show that I do get emotional about my team sometimes. :D
