By 08 logic, MSU who was ranked higher and had 1 less loss should have had the higher seed.......but they didnt.....why was that?

True, they did beat a 1-11 Idaho Vandals team, but I believe the reason they deserved the autobid and the seed is because they beat the teams tied with them in the conference
