More funny stuff from AGS

Yeah I was about to say that I thought it was one of his as well. He likes to play mind games and act like a child most of the time on there. I say we just start ignoring him because as with most kids if you ignore them and don't give them the attention they want they will eventually sit down and shut up or show their butt in a big way.

I don't think that will work, he is not a rational person. The best way to ignore him is not to go to his site.

It is not solely his site anymore. He has had to give up a lot of the power and to be honest I think the thing to do is ignore him and when he makes his remarks just report them. I have reported his remarks 4-5 times in the last 3-4 weeks and it got him banned.

I thought he only used it during football season. That was the account he used when he wanted to update FCS football scores.

He did but he used it for several other issues as well such as political postings to back up his own opinions on things. If you look at FCSFAN's last posts they were from a year and a half ago (Jan. 08) and were on poli matters.

@ SCFF, I ignored him for many, many months and it just makes him attack more. Just post your information here and let him attack over there if he wants to and don't pay any attention to it since AGS appears to be giving him a time out for attacking you. Keep putting your stuff up here and soon you'll grow tired of even talking about him. I went through the same thing as most of us have. It got you to come over here more and put up some good info. so I'm glad it happened.

I only came over here because I was asked and not because of him. He will never cause me to stop doing something. I think what made him go off the handle was when he asked me to do something for his magazine and I told him I would, if he paid me. He didn't reply but instead asked what I make from an outlet and thus it got him banned. What is funny is that I didn't even report that post because it got him banned before I could get the chance to report it.

Dave Coulson told me I should email him back and tell him I would do it for free to try and see if I could mend the relationship with him but I honestly have no reason to reach out to him specifically. I don't want enemies but I don't want crazy friends, either. If he wants to be neutral with me then great, however, if he is going to act like he has and try to be a jerk to me on the board I don't want him to be my friend because then I would get lumped in with his antics by others and I would rather have friends among 99 percent of the population than that 1%.

That's good. To be fair, AGS is a good site, if people like it they should continue to post there. I may go back someday, buy right now I don't see any reason. This site is just fine for me.

Well just for some insight on why he talked to me about it. First, he and I go way back. Second, I told him about the situation. Third, he wants me and Ralph to be friends. I have nothing against him and to be honest if you notice I don't reply to things he says on there unless I ask him a legit question that I know he knows and I don't (very rare) or I reply to something he says to me. If he says something about a player, team, etc. that I don't agree with I don't pick at what he says (like he does with me).

I figured that my next banning would be arbitrary and very long because I embarrassed SE once, calling him out as an attention whore. The banning I ultimately got was so arbitrary yet so severe that I am surprised the admin could actually justify it to himself.

As for Coulson, well, he picked El Cid to build on the 2007 season and to have an even better record. It was the Kiss of Death.

The thing is.. I didn't say anything racist or homophobic (circle jerking isn't queer if you only do it once, right? Besides, they do it all the time at VMI and App State and I know most of them are straight, except for maybe Appaholic).

When I got banned I got this patronizing scolding message in my inbox. The ban started a few months ago and is in effect until August. My previous (and only) ban was for about 3-4 weeks if I recall correctly.

AND... that radio show WAS a fvcking GSU circle jerk. My whole beef was that if you're going to do a show that is 80% GSU, don't call it a SoCon round-up because it isn't.

I don't expect that I'll be going back to AGS even when the ban comes off, since most of the people I liked on AGS have been driven over here, anyway.
