I like how the went with bigger sets (multiple TEs) to get their mismatches on the offensive side. Clever method to counter talent discrepancy they face (or at least used to face). B12 is an interesting conference on the football side of things.

Dammit...there's ONE B-12 school who's QB is from Lubbock...was sure it was ISU...now I have to go find out.

IMO "Yes". A coordinator gig at a P5 job, especially Texas, is more prestigious than a HC job at Boise.

Especially when Sarkisian paid out $1 million for a special teams coach. It was pointed out that there is only one assistant coach in the whole Pac-12 making $1 million. I'd be inclined to think Boise would not have been able to match it.

Sarkisian was a racist hiring at U of Washington. I'm kidding, but you should have read the Seattle Times disparage Notre Dame as racist, when they fired Tyrone Willingham due to a poor record, only to go quiet when UW let him go for the same reason.
