I don't see Montana St staying within 21 of EWU this year. Adams is a stud QB.CatBlitz22 wrote:Go back and enjoy the circle jerk into Falkin's flat brimmed sticker hat her stole from the hood. You guys are about at pathetic as NDSU fans.ewueagle2010 wrote:[/b]

I've never seen a fan base so cocky for having nothing to show for it...

McGhee is good, and would be great inserted into the Beau Baldwin offense. Not as good in the Montana St offense, but still a great athlete. Adams has been very impressive in the last game and a half.CatBlitz22 wrote:And McGhee isn't? Serious question.Gil Dobie wrote:

Re: EWU VS TOLEDO////EWU VS SAM HOUSTON STATE
Some of you guys must be stoned. Eastern *could* beat both Toledo and Sam Houston State this year, but will likely be deserved underdogs in each game... maybe even double-digit underdogs. I'd take a 50/50 split, and that would really set us up well for conference play. And as a life-long follower of EWU football, there have been a lot of years where Eastern has looked solid to begin a year only to fade into obscurity by mid-season.
Truth is, Eastern lost to Sam Houston State last year because the defense couldn't stop the Bearkats. Obviously, one game is not a great indicator, but it looks like SHSU is still pretty good on O and the Eagles may still have some opportunities to improve on D. Additionally, that's a long trip to Texas.
As for Toledo, they are hopeful of winning the MAC this year and have legitimate aspirations. Losing by 18 points in Gainesville is not a bad loss by any means (tell anyone from the North to run and tackle for 3+ hours down there... it ain't easy).
Again, Eastern may be better than both, and I'd love to suggest they will win both... but that is asking a hell of a lot.
