You guys dont have ONE QB that would start at UM and it looks like you barely have one that will start at EWU

He’s not afraid to go deep. In the fourth quarter of a 35-27 loss at Appalachian State, McKinney threw an 87-yard touchdown pass that made it a one-point game.
That was the deepest 4-yard screen pass EVER!!

I'm guessing you didn't see our first offensive play against NAU, since you don't think he can throw it long. :coffee:

Cool it, padre. I know he can throw it deep. I'm not Grizmayor, ffs.

You don't find it at least a little funny that this author thought a 4-yard screen pass that Moore took to the house was "going deep"?

I laughed at that too. Moore did all the work on that one.

Also, isn't it Smithwick-Hann, not whatever Jim typed up?

Sorry, went into JSO-mode there for a minute. Humor did not compute.

But yeah, the guy clearly didn't see the actual play if he's saying that about it.

Yeah, no kidding.

He should have added the on-the-move pass to Gratton on our first drive of that game. THAT was a beauty.

Anyone can throw a ball long.............its just that McKinney wont complete more than 4 of them his entire career. That is if he gets a couple thousand attempts.

AB is the most athletic/physically talented QB the Griz have ever had. His arm strength is already equal to any QB we have had in the past and will only get stronger. He can run and he is EXTREMELY accurate with the ball.

Like Dickenson, Brzeczek, Ochs accurate.............but I agree the coaches are smart, keep this kid on the bench.

I believe he already has more than 4 in his short career, but don't let the facts ruin your irrational bias, Coach Alphie. :thumb:

Prove it.

I am talking passes in the air downfield that fly at least 20+ yards not screen passes that magically turn into 83 yard TD passes thus skewing his stats.

Tell you what. Let's play both of them for a half against NoCo, and whoever has the better performance gets the starting job.

That makes no sense.

You pick the shittiest team in the BSC and want to use the guy that plays best against them?

Why does the griz helmet have a hole in it?
DNA sample for the player wearing it, makes for much quicker ID analysis..

No, I picked that game so Adam would stand a fighting chance.

You dont know that nobody does...........we do know about McKinney.

When AB gets 2-3 complete games under his belt you will see how wrong you are.

I'll gladly admit I was wrong if he comes in and leads us to a successful season. Somehow I doubt you'll do the same if McKinney ends up working out.

I have already seen enough of McKinney, he is not accurate you do not suddenly get accurate. You have it or you dont.

Plus you are wrong there is nobody on any site more willing to admit it if I am wrong.........it just doesnt happen often.
