Lakes and other retarded bison people, NDSU is not the first (hard concept for some bison fans), nor will it be the last, low seeded playoff team to win a game or two.

That does not at all mean that you were the best team in country last year, and it is even less meaningful this year. That's the nature of the playoffs. There are many close games, and teams get upset.

Amen! I have had many worries over W&M defenses over the years, but never the offense, until this year. I attended the UVA game but didn't see the VMI game. I can't imagine scoring 24 vs. the Keydets is encouraging...

We haven't looked like a playoff team, much less top 5, to this point. There were positives in Lexington, though, and there's still time. CAA is looking less like a top to bottom league and more like 10 bunched teams with Nova trailing. Who knows who will emerge?

Back to reality, this year NDSU is not a proven top 5 team... YET. That's why I have GSU, UNI, App St., W&M, MSU right now. With Wofford, Richmond, and NDSU to follow. If the Bison some how pull of the upset at TCF, I would definitely put them into the top 5. Probably the top 3
