I graduated from the Harvard of the Palouse. You mean that won't make me sound glib at your tailgate Ursus?

Well, it's not a pic from the 2011 FCS NC Game, but I did today finally get around to burning what was supposed to be my victory stogie from Frisco.

Picked up my 2011 sticker for my surf tag today. :thumb:

It was surprisingly nice for mid-April. Breezy but quite warm.

Was nice today. Too bad it's too crowded and touristy though. ;)

What's funny is I was all over Sussex County today and the worst traffic I ran into was in Delmar, over in Ivy's little corner. Wawa was serving up gas at $3.65 (roughly 20 cents cheaper than everywhere else) and you'd have thought they were giving away gubmint cheese. I stopped in to grab a sammy and sat there and watched the fun for a few minutes. Fucking lunatics.

Evo?
 And it was crazy busy. At least 12-15 people came in to fill their growlers in the hour we were there. That place would KILL closer to Bethany.

Never been there. Need to go. I actually thought about swinging by Old Mill but thought I'd wait 'til a little later in the season. Methinks any crabs being served now might be coming from Dixie.

More likely the far East.

Definitely go by Evo. You can get a "sampler" for $5 which is 6oz of 5 different brews. Very friendly folks and not pretentious at all about their beer. :notworthy:

I have a liquor warehouse about two miles from me where I can pick up the entire line of Evo, Dogfish Head's standards, 16 Mile, Fordham and Old Dominion. It cracks me up to see "Maryland's Original" stamped on the Fordham sixers. They need to do a tiny font of "but made in Delaware" underneath it.

Everything they bottle. 16 only has three brews (all fairly boring) but Evo and DFH have brews that are only available in kegs. We actually were most interested in trying Evo's Lot #6, their double IPA, but they ran out last night. :x

I met the 16 Mile guys pouring two of their kegs at a Superbowl party in Rehoboth either a year or two ago - I forget. Agree it wasn't really an earth shattering lineup. Plenty drinkable though. I'm at the Dogfish brewery every couple of months getting way more than my allowance in samples. It's always a plus to know the people that work there. :D

PS. I also heard a "rumor" that yet another batch of 120 had to be dumped.
