So the games next Saturday are week two? You know... Saturday to Saturday ...

But yes, Since this Saturday will be in week 1, the following Saturday will be in week 2, then week 3, etc... That's how numbers work.

Truth. But it's in no way inappropriate to describe it as the first week. It's like "7 Days Left" threads. I would base it on the start of the season, not when my team plays or when most teams play.
