Or is that just "blasphemy" coming from a Hornet?
Not possible that you could be serious with this.
Let's just put it this way, Ranger. When I first became aware of Montana football, Ah Yat was destroying just about EVERYBODY. Perhaps it wasn't to the degree that Dickinson did. That just makes what Dickinson did that much more impressive: Dickenson was about the size of my Cowboys' (and the former College of the Pacific's) Eddie LeBaron, and Ah Yat was probably (relatively speaking) the size of Dan McGwire), so he should have been expected to do more than Dickinson.
Besides, I've always been enamored of small quarterbacks (LeBaron, Haden, Flutie, etc.). People whine about them not being able to "see over the line." Phooey on that. Not only is it the line's job to create passing lanes, a "vertically challenged" QB presents all sort of misdirection problems for the defense. Or you could make him a tailback your resurrection of the Single Wing or the Notre Dame Box. REALLY tough for the defense to figure THAT out. (Heck, people have been doing drastically reduced versions of that anyway with that abortion known as the Wildcat....)
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

I saw both of them play in person. Ah Yat was a very good QB, but nowhere on the level of DD, IMO...or VA.
Yes, I know VA is out of this world. Hence my suggestion that my Cowboys draft him to replace that idiot Romo when I thought Adams was graduating after this past season. It might not be happening THIS year, but I'd love to see it NEXT year....

Romo seems pretty smart. Why are you a Jerry Jones fan?
Who said I was a Jones fan? My Cowboys fandom predates him by more than a decade, and I wish he were gone. I'm STILL bitter over the way he dissed the best coach and quarterback who ever lived....

Methinks you missed the point of the whole list. It's the "50 Greatest Male Big Sky Athletes" list,
I guess some of it depends on how one interprets the word "athlete." For instance, in all seriousness, contemplate Dan Marino. GREAT quarterback. But was he a great athlete? He may have been the worst athlete on his own starting offense.
I'm not saying Dickenson was like Marino but I am a bit surprised that he would be tabbed the greatest "athlete" of the whole Big Sky conference over the first 50 years.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star? Deep Purple: No One Came

Look up the word athlete.
No shit. Clearly he wasn't my the most physically gifted player in the world, but that's what makes his accomplishments so impressive.

Seriously man, you don't have to try this hard to look like a moron. Heck, I don't think you need to put any effort in at all to be honest.
