JSO is spot on. The SEC will continue to schedule the cheap wins. The Big XII probably will, too. Fans complain about the lack of interesting OOC games, but that doesn't stop them from getting 60 or 80 thousand people in the stands and making a ton of money. UGA for example gets close to 90k for every FCS game, so what incentive do they have to replace those games with home-and-homes or more expensive games with mid-major FBS teams? It's sort of like how people complain that the film and gaming industries lack originality while repeatedly buying movie tickets, DVDs, and the newest gaming consoles.
I don't believe for a second that this is about the fans. The Obese 10 is just sick of their teams getting embarassed by FCS teams.

SH, I have never met a Hornet fan who wants to play ND. I think it is time for your medicine.SuperHornet wrote:Some Hornet fans still have a dream of beating Notre Dame.

Meh. They give 60 points for winning FCS championship., 24 for finishing fourth. But NAU's 4th place in X-Country is worth 8 points. So heavily weighted towards certain sports.

Sounds as if you could devise a scoring system to have almost anyone wind up anywhere.
Appalachian State University
Boone, North Carolina
Just below Virginia, just next to Tennessee, but
up above all universities.

HHmmmm. At first I was WGAF about the Big10 not playing FCS. I just remembered that UMD is moving to the B10. Shit. We had 3 game scheduled against them in the next 10 years. F'ing bastards!
