MSU has a true freshman CB, Deonte Flowers, only 1 int 3 PB and 4 PD but his is becoming a corner that offenses are throwing away from, he is a solid hitter too in run support.

Baldwin is not scared to play true Freshman if they are the best players. He played several last season and has played 3 this year. Two of them are running backs, the other is a three-star recruit at linebacker.

Sometimes you get a Freshman in that is just too talented to not get on the field immediately. It really depends on the player, and the position as well. I think interior linemen really benefit from that RS year, especially at the FCS level where they are perhaps not as big or strong as many of the kids at the FBS level.

Can ODU's Taylor Heinicke please be added to the Jerry Rice Award Watch List for best freshman?! Another great performance today considering he's a true freshman....23/32 for 204 yards and 2 TD's with 0 INT's...he now has a 10/1 TD/INT ratio.

Towson's RB Terrance West - 20+ carries, 140 yards and 3 TDs.

I think it might be time to move him to the Walter Payton list. close to 600 yards rushing and 15 TDs, and he didn't play the first game.

He defines BEASTMODE!
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."
