I would say that, despite the reasoning applied by Ranger, those things DO make you terrible, at least for the time being.

Except that you're both wrong, because our backups' backups played one half of football and built a 17 point lead on Weber. Had they not let off the gas in the second half, it would've been a blowout. We've played two teams that are in the top 10, two that are in the top 20-30 range, and Pac-12 UW. And yet we've been right there in all of them except USD despite all the injuries. I'd say that makes us pretty damn great.

Thats even a stretch because EWU no longer controls their own destiny.

In a division like this where its suppossed to be won on the field that kind of excuse making is an attempt to win it in your own mind.

EWU is terrible no matter who the BISON schedule.

One thing for sure the NDSU Scheduling Model is much better than a weaker scheduling model including one or more lower division teams.

1-4 is not the stuff of legend.

4-0, all counters and one and BCS/FBS win over a charter Big Ten member makes NDSU the best team in the country.

Oh, come on. This is a team that has victories over YOU, Northwest Oklahoma State and Lindenwood. This is a team that went 4-7 last year, winning only twice in it's last 8 games. This is a team in transition that hasn't won more than six games since 2006. I'm guessin' you fellas had that one firmly in the "win" column, using much the same logic JiBBerish uses when spouting off about the prowess of Lafayette and St. Francis.

NDSU is very good this year. They are in my top 5 and have a chance to make a deep run in the playoffs and perhaps a run at a national championship, but let's not give them the crown just yet. Let's see how they do over the next couple of months.

EWU = Reigning National Champions at the Division I level.
bi-son = Paper prairie cows with wins over terrible teams. Have yet to go better than 4-4 in a mediocre MVFC.
