All EWU has to do is beat ISU. They usually play a pretty good game about once or twice a year. I am saying EWU looks past them a bit, and ISU plays like this is their national championship, and ISU makes it a game for about 2 quarters....after half, when EWU's second team is in. EWU only wins by 28.
