 Everybody loves a winner twentysix!

I imagine Lakes will be first in line this morning to guarantee his tailgate position, the lengendary "Rain Forest". He claims it rains bitches there. So far there have been no Lakes sightings around the Prestigious Fargo Dome.

The game is at 7pm. Long day for the team. Im not sure when the BISON will gather under the stands at the legendary football landmark. There is nothing like early morning game day with the The Fabulous Fargo Dome bathed in light. I do know there have been coaches and news people in and out of the football sanctuary all night. Something might be brewing, but it just might be the hustle and bustle of the first home game? Right now Im told things are quiet.

Delivery trucks are due to arrive after 8am. The Bears are expected to enter the stadium anytime after 3 PM. They did not disclose to my sources where they are staying. The band will march across campus late afternoon, march around the Prestigious venue and enter from the North to the deafening cheers of the sold-out house. It will be one of the largest FCS crowds in the nation today!!!

Whats the mood in Fargo? Football fans are slightly removed from this game. It seems like the old-time BISON feeling. Everybody thinks this game is already over, its just a matter of compiling the statistics. Thats exactly what should happen too. A decisive win today will give the BISON some confidence. But, the score means nothing. Its all about a win for the Mighty BISON.

I look for a nice 35-10 or something. If it gets out of hand I dont see the coach running it up unless the Bears are unable to stop anything. If its a struggle I expect NDSUs superior personnel to wear them down for the win. I dont expect the Bears to win but thats why we play the games and thats what adds to the excitement. We want to find out what happens.

This is a good game for both teams. Both are getting exposure in new areas of the country, its a chance to compete, develop new contacts and make new friends. Its NDSU FOOTBALL!!

GO BISON!!!

ONE MORE TIME FOR THE OLD AC!!!

GO BISON!!!

Sources from inside "Bison Command" are reporting an expected crowd around 17,235 depending on the walk-up. Chances of a sell-out are slim.

There should be a good crowd around the Dome. That points to a strong walk up. Right now its 59, partly sunny to mostly sunny and a light breeze. Perfect tailgating. By game time folks will be ready for the perfect playing conditions that will greet the teams inside the Fabulous Fargo Dome.

Nothing but respect for the Bears. Half time score is 14-9 NDSU. The Bears have been stopped deep in BISON territory 3 times. Ill give the Bears this, they bring game.

This game has everything you want in college football. Its a fight, its a contest, its being played out for the win. Morgan State has come into the Fabulous Fargo Dome determined to win and the NDSU BISON are holding them off. What a contest! Division 1 football at its best.

Jose Mohler is out. He has suffered a concussion. Brock Jenson is in for the Herd. He directed the BISON to the go-ahead touchdown late in the first half. The NDSU O-Line is struggling again. The Bears are fully equipped with a strong and athletic defensive front that is giving the boys from NDSU fits.

Its going to be a whale of a second half.

GO BISON!!!

Looks like NDSU has found some offense and a QB in Brock Jensen :thumb:

Wow! What a game!! I want to go to Baltimore and see if we can beat them at their house. Morgan State has a very good football team. Anytime they want to play Im sure NDSU will be happy to oblige. Why? If you love good football you loved this game.

I thought it might be 35-10. We faced a very strong running attack including the QB. Slowly but surly the NDSU BISON wore them down.

Next up: University of South Dakota Coyotes "BATTLE OF THE GIANT KILLERS"

QB draws? Yea!!! Morgan State was killed by the QB draw. Some BISON fans, Phil Hanson and myself included, questioned that but we chewed up the yards with it and Brock never took a big hit.

I think Brock Jenson is the new BISON Quarter Back.

Good to see the offense wake up with Jensen coming in for the injured Mohler, making it a good win.

I think we go with Jensen. The offense looked good with Jensen at the helm.

Does Jensen have hints of Bentrim, a good running QB? There was some criticisms from the booth on running Brock, but if it works, why not. He didnt take any big hits. DJ took some.

Could be the start of the Brock Jensen era.

I'm quoting an earlier post. Something was going on last night. There was top level football information being analysed among the football elite at NDSU. Something came out of those meetings. Its clear the BISON Football Archives, sometimes called "The BISON Lore", provided the secret to victory. The activity was the involvement of the remote libraries and connections "Back East".

Yep!

At one time NDSU was called the North Dakota Agricultural College or NDAC. It's a name all of us are fiercely proud of. Of course it was abbreviated to "The AC". In the late 1960's The ACs footprint began to expand. It became much more than just an Agricultural College. The AC grew and developed to University stature. When that was recognized by the State Legislature NDAC became North Dakota State University or NDSU. In remembrance of the those that built this institution and came before us we reserve a special place in our heart for "The Old AC"!!

It was a brutal football game. Morgan Sate had the ball for 37 minutes!!! Their drives were physical, on the ground and just in time. I admired their offense. What a good team they are.

NDSU was able to engineer quick and efficient drives. Brock Jenson threw 3 TD passes. He is a Red Shirt Freshman. I think he is the go-to guy. He should start against USD. I thought the offense looked better with Brock behind center. Ive seen Jose in 4 or 5 starts too.
