wtf was with all the short passes??? You have to go 98 yards and we're throwing 5 yard hitches. :tothehand:
Not to mention Roper's stupid dump-off to the receiver, in-bounds, with a defender on top of him.

Have you noticed that every time we're #1 we promptly lose that ranking withing 1-2 weeks. Very interesting

I honestly would like to say that the Griz have the classiest fans around. They are the kings of FCS football. Great game!!!

No loss is good, but why is it so bad? If we start losing to the bottom-feeders of the Sky, I'll start worrying. :coffee:

Can't wait 'til Cal Poly travels to Norfolk! I'm predictin' it's gonna be a shootout.

Good win tonight Mustangs.

There were a lot of Griz fans at the game, not as many Poly fans as usual, because move-in is Monday.

It was a really exciting game- I have serious respect for a team that brings that many fans from that far.

Not only did Cal Poly win but they also finally sat Tony Smith clearly Schumway is the better QB, with any luck they will stick with him.

I will wholeheartedly second that. Any team that will play the Griz almost every year deserves my respect.

Welcome to the Sky in 2012 Cal Poly!

Ugh....What a heartbreaking loss. We played pretty terribly until very late, and then couldn't get it done.

That said, hats off to Cal Poly. You guys deserved that win much more than we did.

I hope this brings our Griz back down to Earth. They have a ton of work to do. :ohno:

Congrats on the win. See you in a few weeks on the Right Coast.

Old Dominion's next 4 games:
William & Mary - Home
Monmouth - Away
Gardner-Webb - Home
Cal Poly - Home

I don't see two wins there. I am not sure if there is one win there. Can't wait for the CAA slate next year.

No excuses being made here, but check this out. We recovered this fumble late in the game, which would have given us tremendous field position for a chance to win. BUT, he was ruled down.
