There is a push for FBS football there. Troy used to be their biggest rival, and it burns many of them that they are FBS, while Jax State is "stuck" in FCS.

I thought it was the "Delaware syndrome" there as well. (you know - "we'll talk about moving up, even write articles about it....but it'll never happen" sort of situation.

They have done studies, raising money, etc.
