San Diego has banned themselves from winning the Pioneer League due to apparent, impending conference violations involving financial aid. That means whichever Big Sky team(s) doesn't get a seed won't get an easy first-round home game.

I'm not clear what you mean, but what I meant is that an unseeded Big Sky team will likely see a solid opponent now instead of a Pioneer League virtual bye.
