he NCAA Football Rules Committee proposed several rules changes on Wednesday, including this one: To require teams to have either their jersey or pants contrast in color to the playing field.

All the news articles that I've seen talk mostly about Boise State. But it would come into play with EWU as well, preventing them from wearing red-on-red.

I wonder if it would also prevent a team from wearing white-on-white during a snow bowl game. heh.
