I need to get on here more to help give SUU more of an online presence... Amazing game down in Flagstaff today... Southern Utah has been in every game this season as one of the new entrants to the Big Sky. I'm happy with how we did, tho as a fan, it is always hard to see your team lose that many close ones. BUT AS FOR TODAY... Ed Lamb's team just burned the NAU barn down to the ground in Flagstaff this afternoon in triple overtime... one of the most amazing games in SUU history... Congrats men, as a fan I couldn't be any prouder!

BTW I need to start checking out the "game threads" on here more often.

I think the current turnover of bandwagon fans of any given school on a "breakout season" is 6:1. (Going off of my experience in 2007 with DSU fans)

Nothing ever happened - because you have no ground to stand on...

Where are your other personalities lately?
When it comes to threats of litigation, how can you forget The Fan? or was that on AGS - I think it was on both boards?
Opie and the fan are one in the same.....opiegsu or gsuopie was the CS name for him.....

Hell of a win for my T-Birds! If only we were more consistent, had the potential to be a top team in the Big Sky this season. :twocents:

My fears proved true. T'birds just seem to play inspired against NAU and they absolutely earned their win today. Here's to the new rivalry, SUU fans!

NAU's offense played pretty well in the second half and OT from what I caught (gonna watch the dvr now). Bauman looks a bit off as does the offensive line (injuries?). Turnovers killed em in the first half. NAU defense didn't play bad but Sorenson is just a monster. Hope he gets a shot to play on Sundays next year.

Ibanez - I'm not going anywhere. Thick or thin...as I'm pretty sure you are with CCU.

Should be fun to swap games back and forth as much as possible between Cedar City and Flagstaff now that SUU is finally a BSC member. Great game today... it's fun to win but it's hard to see anyone lose that one... lots of heart out on that field today.

As for replacing Brad Sorenson... we have another 6'5 220lb QB looming but hieght and weight are hardly what completes Brad's game... I just hope Ed Lamb and coach the next QB up the way he did Brad.

GO BIRDS!

Great win T-Birds! Actually wasn't Sorenson coached by Paul Peterson, SUU's former QB and Receivers Coach our new OC at Sac State?

what are you chronically clueless? Do you have any idea to the context of which that comment was made?

Congrats to the T-birds!

SUU usually plays NAU tough in Flag - they earned the win.
