Question about them.
Say an institution gets 12 scholarships removed, why do they spread them out over 3 or 4 years at 3 or 4 per?
Does that really send a message to not do that again?
Why not give them 12 lost scholarships gone over each of the next couple years? Wouldn't that make more sense?
I am hoping for an answer that is not "MONEY MONEY MONEY".
