This is sort of old news to ODU fans, this was discussed months ago on MonarchNation when he was thinking about transferring the first time. There are mixed reactions among the ODU faithful about Newsome possibly transferring to ODU.
I also like to think that we will have a pretty good group of QB's after Demarco graduates, with or without Newsome. We got transfer Nate Ong who is a similar type of QB to Demarco and hopefully a little bit better passer and then Heineke who will either be a true sophomore next year or a redshirt sophomore.
