I'm actually surprised Lehigh was ranked at all in the CS poll. There doesn't seem to be very many knowledgeable PL posters on here.

The Lamar Cardinals should improve a little if not a good amount. They fielded a football team for the first time since the 1980's last year and they went 5-6. Went down to the wire against McNeese St, who was #11 at the time. They got absolutely crushed by SFA. Had their ups and downs last year, but it was so much more than what was expected by the public around here. We only had one rushing TD last year, that came in our last game, but the offensive line figures to be better. We got a JC transfer Daniel Campbell, who plays offensive line and originally signed with USC out of high school. They are returning the entire team, with the exception of one RB who was the only senior on the team last year. We got home-grown talent QB transfer Jeremy Johnson from West Virginia. With a year of experience and team familiarity under Lamar's belt, the only way to go is up this year in my opinion.

There are plenty of posters here who believe in what Lehigh cam do. I very well may be leading the Lehigh charge this year. Especially after the way you embarrassed my Panthers last year.

While no CAA Teams are in your Top Four Pre-Season Poll, the CAA will once again have two of the final four teams in the playoffs 8-)
On December 12, 1775 the Continental Congress created a Battalion of minuteman from the three counties in Delaware. Kent county militia were fans and owners of Game Cocks; Fight'n Blue Hens as they were called. The Fight'n Blue Hens became known far and wide as the very best Fighting Game Cocks around. Thus, the Blue Hen was established.

It will also be interesting listening to all the excuses the Friz come up with when they don't make the play-offs. I expect better from you AZ. :ohno:

The win over UNI put Lehigh on the map. Note that Robert Morris receives no mention in the voting.

EWU hasnt lost much so thats a no-brainer. After that there are a lot of mistakes in the poll.
What I like:

A concentration of the Big Conference teams at the top. The conferences that have the big attendance figures are the conferences that will produce the good teams year in and year out.
What I dont like:

There is a lot of momentum from last year. The poll reveals an apparent negative bias toward the MVFC and NDSU in particular.
The one Bad Call:

SIU shouldnt be in the top 25 at all. They weren't a playoff team. Robert Morris was a playoff team and by definition that would make them better than SIU. Apparently Robert Morris didnt receive any votes and SIU is ranked? This disparity attacks the credibility of the poll.
Conclusion:

Good guess, some logic is apparent. Excellent starting point for the BISON.
Dear Lord, We come before you and humbly ask you to grant our prayer for a veil of protection to be placed over Donald Trump. May your will be done. In Jesus name we pray. Amen
