MSU will be stronger than UM again this next year, and Sac has to go to Bozeman, which will have 5k or so more fans with their addition, whereas you get the Griz in Sac. Considering EWU has never lost in Sacramento, I think I'll keep it as a for now.

And PSU? They will be better, don't get me wrong. But let's be real. 50-17 in Portland. 8-0 on the red turf.
