State of Delaware to Appeal Sports Betting Ruling to SCOTUS

With PA passing table gaming, it looks like the issue of Delaware teams potentially being banned from hosting playoffs could potentially be back on the table. The State of Delaware will appeal to the US Supreme Court the ruling of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals that limited Delaware sports betting to parlays. Should single game betting be allowed by SCOTUS, the NCAA has stated that Delaware teams would not be able to host playoffs.
