Interesing, but a little internally inconsistent.

Take Albany for example:

Albany is ranked #51 despite losing on a last second field goal to Georgia Southern (#27) and beating Maine (#39).

I'm assuming by the figures that this a computer ranking right?

You take these computers a bit too seriously.
YSU is #25, but behind #24 NDSU, a one win team lol. I don't take it personally, I just laugh!

I'm not taking it seriously, just evaluating it. No sweat off my back really.

I find it fascinating that people put computer rankings out there that make no rational sense. If I did a computer poll and it yielded wacky results I think I scrap my formula for a new one.

oooops! Blink of the eye and the new weekly ratings come out! Weber has already sunk to #11.

.and next week the Wildcats will sink even lower after playing Northern Colorado.

It is self defeating or inflating math. AS the season goes on the tougher the perceived SOS the higher you are ranked, the easier the perceived SIS the lower you are ranked.
