A couple of handy features that may interest you new guys.

Prosilver Left:
This allows you to view the board with left side avatars. To get this feature go to your User CP and click the "My board style:" button. You can select the left side avatar by choosing "Prosilver Left" from the drop down menu.

Language filter:
If you stay on the User CP and select the "Edit Display Options" you can change the default setting on "Enable word censoring:" to "No" if you would like to view the board without the ***** that are in place to sensor the dirty words.

You can also choose to display/not display pics, sigs, avatars, and so forth on this same tab. If you don't like what you see in that regard please turn them off.

Uploading Pictures:

You can post pictures by using several of the picture hosting sites out there. The one that I use and the instructions for that site are below.

Once you are on the home page there it will have 5 little boxes which will allow you to convert up to 5 different images and create a URL for them. Once you hit the browse button and select the pic you want to upload make sure the "public" is checked and hit "Start uploading". It will take a couple of seconds but it will produce several boxes of URL's and you will want to select the very top one that is called "direct link". Then just click to the right in the box the link is in and copy the link. At this point all you have to do is hit the "Post a Reply" on the board and type whatever you want and then select the "IMG" button from across the top of the post and paste the copied link in between the IMG brackets that will appear in the text box of your reply.
