If you look at both the 1st and 2nd team its:
1. UR 10
2. Nova 9
3. W&M 8 (3 of which are special teams)
4. UMass 6
5. JMU 5
6. UNH 3 (all 1st team)
6. Northeastern 3 (all 2nd team, 1 special team)
8. UD 2
8. Hofstra 2
8. URI 2
11. Maine 0
11. Towson 0

-Notice that Steele limits it to 11 on each side of the ball plus 3 special teamers for a total of 25 players on both the 1st and 2nd team.

-The "official" pre season 08' CAA team picked by the 12 head coaches and media had 13 on offense (added a FB and a 3rd WR) and 12 on defense (added a 4th LB) + 3 special teamers for a total of 28 players.

-The 08' post season list is even more watered down. For the 1st team it had 13 on offense and 14 on defense (4 DLs, 4 LBs, 3 corners and 3 safties) plus 4 on special teams (2 specialists) for a total of 31 players. For the 2nd and 3rd teams they didn't do the extra corner and safety but added a 2nd QB on each team and a 3rd running back on the 2nd team, so 92 players received All CAA recognition. Got a little watered down.
