Ive downloaded all the GWC teams but i have to say my SUU team is great, up to date roster and everything.

Does it cost to download the teams? Do you have to subscribe to teh Ps3 or Xbox network to access the teams?

No it is free, only thing you have to pay for is you xbox 360 subscription; other than that it's free to download.

Also, a PS3 network access is free as long as you have internet.

Just as an aside: those are the rankings for most downloaded single creations of those FCS teams, not the rankings for all created versions of each school.
