SBU @ UM 17-13
SBU lost @ home last week vs Towson, coming off a bye week to boot. + again, no Stacy Bedell. And now they have to go to Orono. Maine, with 18ish starters slated to come back from a 5-6/4-4 team last year, were my dark horse pick in the CAA this year to make the playoffs. Played BC respectably, thought they would play Tulane & @ UR (who was coming off a bye) closer. Throttled Albany (that’s not saying much now). But the head scratcher is losing to Yale at home. Both of these Maine & SBU have relatively decent defenses with subpar ground and pound offenses. Me thinks da bears the sleight upset in a low scoring slugfest.

UR @ JMU 45-27
JMU gets starting NG back from 5 game suspension. Are as healthy as I can ever remember mid point in the season..

UNH @ UD 21-20
Do we get the UD who played VU (with Robertson) close, was only down by 3 at the half to UNC, & beat W&M? Or the one that was embarrassed by Jacksonville & URI? UD isn’t a playoff team, but UNH doesn’t look like one either. Any team with a good running game (SJSU, SBU with Bedell, W&M) has absolutely manhandled them, & UD has a decent run game.
+ it’s UNH’s 2nd straight week on the road.
++ UD is coming off of a bye week.
So going with the upset here..

Hampton (4-3) @ W&M 45-17
Whether or not W&M’s All American LB Luke Rhodes (Sprained knee vs UNH ) plays won’t matter..blowout.

VU @ TU 20-14. Like SBU/Maine (and maybe UD/UNH), should be another relatively evenly matched game. Surprised VU is favored on the road. Sure they blew out Albany last week, but that isn’t saying much now, as Albany has absolutely got destroyed by everyone since halftime vs JMU a month ago..

Home team sweep..

Well, like I said:
-UD coming off of bye week
-UNH's 2nd straight road game
-Goldrich still apparently has a gimp ankle. Pretty much couldn't run vs W&M, and he wasn't very good passing (15-30, 0 TD, 2 INT).
-UNH can't stop a good running game- next to last in the CAA only ahead of Elon. Last W&M rushed for 325 on UNH. UD #2 in the CAA in rushing, only behind JMU.

It should be a close game..

UD should beat UNH.

UNH is on the road for the second straight week. UD had a bye week. UNH sucks this year. UD can run...and UHN can't defend the run.

Should be an easy UD win.
