Charleston Southern is rolling 28-0 in the 3rd at GWU and has a massive national showdown vs #1 Coastal next week at CSU....which will likely be the unofficial Big South Championship game.
And...The Citadel is rolling 24-7 late vs Furman....and have wins over Wofford, Samford, Western...and with VMI and Mercer coming up....are setting up a monster SoCon championship game vs Chattanooga November 14th as they'll probably both be unbeaten in the SoCon.
What a treat it would be if we could see TWO conference champs get crowned in Charleston and have 2 playoff teams.
Both teams have obviously been on a rampage since their meeting in September, CSUs 3rd win in a row,...which most say is the last time Citadel will ever schedule CSU. Great seasons.
Now.....if CSU and Citadel both win their leagues...and make the playoffs.....the Post and Courier today brought this up. What if they meet again in the 1st round????
