It's official, as noted in the GOTW thread. Liberty (7-5) will square off with fellow FCS-alum Georgia Southern (7-5, 5-3 Sun Belch) in Orlando at the 2019 FBC Mortgage Cure Bowl 21 DEC 2019 at 1430 on CBSN. The Flames and Eagles have met three times previously, the last in 1996; GSU is 3-0 vs. Liberty. The Flames follow Nevada, Marshall, App State, and Georgia Southern as the only schools to get bowl invites in its first full season in FBS.
