Well, if they got to play teams like Central Connecticut State and Liberty every weekend, they'd be undefeated too.

Move West Virginia in to the SEC to give them 14... then it's just a question of if the SEC will find two more they want... Louisville? Cincinnati? Hard to see the SEC bringing in either team - but the pickings are getting slim - granted, the SEC can probably get whoever they want...

I don't see the Big 10 taking the Kansas schools. They would of cousre take Notre Dame, and Missouri and Rutgers are strong possibilities as well.

Thing is, Mizzou, Notre Dame and Kansas are all in the AAU... K-State isn't...

Nebraska was tossed from the AAU just before their membership in the Big Ten became official. The hoot is that two Big Ten schools voted to toss them out.

TX and OU Boards of Regents met Today

The University of Oklahoma's board of regents and their counterparts at Texas granted their school presidents the authority to take action regarding conference realignment on Monday.

The moves clear the way for the Sooners and Longhorns to apply formally to the Pac-12, with whom they have been undergoing discussions in recent days on how to make the schools' addition to the conference work.

After the regents meeting had adjourned, Oklahoma president David Boren admitted he's had "very warm and constructive discussions" with Pac-12 officials, but wouldn't say when the Sooners might apply for conference membership.
