That said, this isnt unexpected Biden behavior. If I had the same father as this poor guy I would have huffed glue until I died years ago

Shouldn't really matter. Should be legal.

If it causes performance problems then the performance problems should be the basis for firing them or whatever. Not just the mere fact that they do coke. If somebody does coke, performs well, and doesn't hurt anybody they should be left alone.
