I just can't feel sorry for this person (and I've played plenty of pranks).

Jesse and Al won't care because Willie Noble is black. Black on black crime is "meh..." to the Sharptons of the world. All I want to know is why are these kids essentially vandalizing somebody else's property? Nobody is mentioning that that itself is a crime. I guess "kids will be kids".

My guess is they won't seek the death penalty. It was not premeditated. Kind of a spur of the moment reaction thing. Also I think the fact that both the shooter and victim are Black is a factor. Shouldn't be but I think it is because there will be no political pressure such as there would be if the shooter was White.

Otherwise I'm with the Clucker in not feeling sorry for the victim. No we can't allow people to shoot people for pranks like that but at the same time someone who does something like that is a prick and I have no sympathy for them if their prickness gets them killed.

I never participated in stuff like that when I was in high school and I thought the same thing then. People who do stuff like that are pricks. Jerks. Whatever term you want to use.

Only way I'd feel sorry for her is if it comes out that she just happened to be along with some pricks who wanted to do something like that. She didn't want to but had no place to go and was just in the car. That sort of thing. But then again she'd have been hanging around with pricks and she should've known better.
