I'm talking about the thing where people are getting upset because he allegedly hasn't appointed enough women.

This thing in our culture where we've created a situation in which somebody doing hiring or appointing or whatever has to worry about making sure they have "diversity" in their selections has gotten totally out of hand. In fact it got totally out of hand a long time ago. So you have to make sure you have all the right sex/race proportions. It's RIDICULOUS. Just let people hire or appoint who they want to hire and appoint.

Then if they're the President and they appoint someone you're concerned about for reasons related to competency or philosophy go for it. Try to derail them. But STOP this crap of worrying about whether there are enough women, blacks, hispanics, asians, one eyed amputees from Mars, etc.
