That was interesting. But while the author acts as though the young people at the convention ganging up on that guy won the debate I don't think it is at all clear that they did. No question that he was outnumbered though.

Me, I don't think of it as a "moral" thing. I just think of it pragmatically. I do think that the reason the United States got where it is has to do with the western European civilization. And I am not at all sure that the changing demographics of the United States portends well for its future.
