Straight off the CIS website describing the process to become a naturalized US Citizen:

During the English test, you must demonstrate an understanding of the English language including the ability to read, write, and speak basic English.

So how the heck did this non English speaking g motherfucker (who‘s been charged with 5 counts of manslaughter) become naturalized.

And to receive a CDL, you must be be able read & write English.

Doubt they can be criminally charged unless they participated in some type of fraud, but
-Whoever naturalized this guy should be fired and sued.
-Whoever issued him his CDL in 2025 should be fired, sued.
