Just another case of the "its freedom only if I agree with it" mentality that continues to be perpetuated by both sides.

Right there it is folks. I could not/would not ever notice what books Costco sells or does not sell. Now, if they took kirkland products off the shelves, we would probably quit going..

And this conservative doesn't really care what the liberal donk CEO of Costco does. Had a membership back in Harrisonburg in the mid-late 90s, but there is none near me now. And even if there was one nearby I wouldn't get a membership. Nearest big box membership is BJs. Had a membership there for a couple of years about a decade ago, but let it expire.

Re: Costco Bans "America"
Costco is free to opt not to sell whatever it doesn't want to sell and it should be. But the action is another indicator that "progressives" are not interested in the free exchange of and competition of ideas. They are very much into doing everything they can to silence voices that dissent with respect to the ideas and "heroes" they cherish most. They are, I think, MUCH worse about that than "conservatives" in the United States are.
Yes both "sides" are like that to a certain extent. But "progressives" or "liberals" or whatever you want to call them are worse. You're much more likely, for instance, to see a speaker considered "conservative" shouted down by "liberals/progressives" disrupting his or her opportunity to speak than you are to see the opposite occur. They're not interested in allowing both sides to present their point of view than let people on the fence form their opinion. They're interested in making sure their view is the only one the person on the fence is exposed to.
