Elements of Libertarian for sure and Classical Enlightenment
He's all about individual (personal) Liberty vs. The ever growing Political Machine and the ever growing Corporate machine and the now entangled indecipherable mixture of both in the USA

He also HATES Military as a Governing Body (Like a Branch) of Politics (more on that later)

He spoke out against Obama before he was elected and predicted most of what we're seeing today

Yeah but he seems to bristle at that label - he likes Anarchist (apparently) more than anything else
He's also just a plain old contrarian too...
Whatever the enthusiastic popular trend is, he'll bash it or point out its hypocrisy

Only when it takes the form of utter corruption and insider cronyism...
He's not necessarily (by default) Anti-Anything that is pro-enlightenment personal liberties

The present Status Quo capitalist will of course NOT be a fan of Chomsky

Chomsky believes (in his inner core...stated countless times) that capitalism and democracy (and he is a direct democracy kinda guy) are incompatible. The free market is a myth, etc. Chomsky isn't as nuanced as you think.

Good thing we live in a Constitutional Republic
Because Capitalism and Democracy are very likely incompatible

Chomsky seems to be more of a cynic (in both modern and classical sense) than anything else.

I like cynics.

I like cynics too.

The problem is there has to be a sense of reality also. In Chomsky's utopia we would live in a unionized state where wages are abolished and production is based on human need instead of profit.
That's all fine and good for socialists, but that philosophy is in direct conflict with basic human nature.

It appears that given the diagnosis of the mental health professional in this video that BHO should lose his 2nd amendment rights to bear arms, does it not? Oh wait, her PhD in Psychology doesn't count because she is a tea party member...

1) Is there nothing between pure socialism and crony capitalism?

2) I think one the points of cynicism was recognizing the selfishness in human nature and trying to become more altruistic through physical and mental training.

So you're done pulling sh!t out of your ass then about Chomsky..?
or was there something else you wanted to embarrass yourself with?

And BTW
I read a lot - in fact I even took time to read the Bible (Imagine that)
so now I'm something like a 1% percenter in that regard
