If he doesn't go public, I'll be of the opinion that the FBI couldn't make a case. However, that won't change the fact that as an employee of the DoS, she violated her NDA. That won't change the fact that she lied about being the Secretary of State and never received classified email. She still acted shady by having her own server, vice using the computer infrastructure already in place.

30-35% of the votes in a 6 or more way race is a lot of votes. For all of the "feeling the Bern" there was out there, the Donk primaries and caucuses only drew a fraction of the Donk voter base while the Conks are coming out in record numbers.

Trump is done as soon as he has to answer a question seriously - he does have a better chance against Hillary than against Bernie because lots of people will go out to vote against Hillary. Bernie beats Trump in all the general election polls at this point.

Yeah, i've stated that. In fact, we know that to be true at the State Department b/c HRC canned (forced resignation) Ambassador Gration for, among other things,
The Ambassador’s greatest weakness is his reluctance to accept clear-cut U.S. Government decisions. He made clear his disagreement with Washington policy decisions and directives concerning the safe-havening in Nairobi of families of Department employees who volunteered to serve in extreme hardship posts; the creation of a freestanding Somalia Unit; and the nonuse of commercial email for official government business, including Sensitive But Unclassified information. Notwithstanding his talk about the importance of mission staff doing the right thing, the Ambassador by deed or word has encouraged it to do the opposite."

And the GOP still wants to reverse that decision.

GOP legislatures across the country are trying to marginalize gays and legalize discrimination against gays under the pretense of "Religious Freedom" - in other words, impose the Christian Version of Sharia Law on the country.

Go Team Brown!
The GOP presidential front-runner, who coasted to an easy victory in the Silver State, won 44 percent of the Hispanic vote, according to MSNBC's entrance polls, topping Marco Rubio's 29 percent and Ted Cruz's 18 percent.
Both Rubio and Cruz are Cuban

http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/270 ... -hispanics
So 47% (majority) or Brown conk voters didn’t vote for Trump. Duly noted…btw, Trump isn’t going to garner that large of a Brown vote against hilldog. :coffee:

Actually, if you have paid attention at all you would see that when that is brought up, I support any charges being brought up against them if they broke the law.

But that doesn't fit with your preconceived notions.

We know there was no exact law prohibiting the use of personal email. She violated her NDA (https://foia.state.gov/searchapp/DOCUME ... 833708.pdf), specifically,
safeguard classified information whether marked or unmarked classified.
. You're the the SoS and you can't tell the difference, marked or unmarked? :dunce: She possibly violated Sections 793 and 1924 of Title 18 and possibly Section 1.4(d) of Executive Order 13526.

Section 793(f) of Title 18 USC:
“Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession of … information relating to the national defense … through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed …” shall be fined.
Section 1924 of Title 18,
unauthorized removal and retention of classified material,

Section 1.4(d) of Executive Order 13526, a 2009 directive governing classification of government information. Classifiable information, according to the Executive Order, is information relating to “foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States” which “could reasonably be expected to cause identifiable or describable damage to the national security.”

Yes, Powell & Rice used personal email. As far as I know, it was occasionally at best. I couldn't care less because they aren't running for President. If they are investigated and found to have broken a law, then they should be punished. However, the difference is that Clinton's server which gave her greater control over the information and can possibly circumvent Gov't transparency laws. She doesn't get to decide what Gov't emails are and aren't important. And then she wipes it clean. :o Did you know that CIA John Deutch resigned for storing classified information on his home computer (plead down and pardoned by President Clinton)?

Again, she violated her NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA).

And as I have already said, this all goes back to her character.

I don't expect you to think rationally about this, you've proven that you give Democrats a pass. She could be on video shooting an unarmed black man and you would defend her to the death. :twocents:

If this was a Republican, you'd be calling them a traitor.

I must have missed your call for the prosecution of Condi and Colin Powell, and the prosecution of most of the Bush Admin for misuse of email as well   (like deleting millions of emails that legally shouldn't have been, using private servers, etc).

But these rules only seem to be a problem when it was Hillary alledgly breaking them.
Did Condi and Powell have their own private, unsecure server receving classified info? :dunce:

And everything you said above just doesn't matter.

It doesn't matter how well oiled her machine is. It doesn't matter how much money she has in the bank (just ask Jeb Bush). She cannot control how many go out to the polls on election day. She has no charisma, she is fake, she is the most untrustworthy candidate to ever run for president. The only thing she inspires in most people is a gag reflex. With all the skeletons in her closet, Trump will slaughter her with one liners in the debates.

30-35% of the votes in a 6 or more way race is a lot of votes. For all of the "feeling the Bern" there was out there, the Donk primaries and caucuses only drew a fraction of the Donk voter base while the Conks are coming out in record numbers.

As every primary has shown so far, the electorate is sick and tired of the phony bologna plastic banana candidates. And it just doesn't get any more phony than The Hildabeast.
Yep. Hildacunt might beat Trump in the general, but he will hammer her in the debates over all her baggage. She's never faced a candidate like him who will throw the decorum rules out the window..
That cuts both ways for a "mogul" with four bankruptcies and a half dozen failed businesses/products... want a glass of Trump vodka?

Not to mention that Trump will have to answer serious questions at some point and when he does he's done. Hillary will hit him so hard that he'll starve to death before he quits rolling. :coffee:
You matter. Unless you multiply yourself by c squared. Then you energy.

Ahhh...the blathering of the weak minded.

I know someone did something wrong, but instead of holding that person accountable, I will simply point, like a child, to others and say, "Yeah, but you did it, too, so everything is OK!"

Jon, your hero raped a minor.

Let me repeat that...YOUR HERO RAPED A MINOR.

But that was OK with you because he was gay...and gay love...I mean rape...is OK.

Hmmmmm...gays must have urges that are too powerful to stop. Gays should be able to rape anyone they please...then run for office, and he held up as a hero to other gays.

Wait...priests can be now excused because gay love with minors can't be understood by heterosexuals. Gays have their own versions of morals and will stand by their fellow gays and call them heroes, even when they are fvcking minors...because they are gay.

Congrats, Jon...you continue to display the mental moral compass of a simple minded animal. :thumb:
