Bush's judicial appointees tend to be originalists, why by definition means they are not activist. However, many of Obama's judicial appointees openly talk about using the bench to make policy, Sotomayor among them. That does make them activist.

My kids are playing in a Catholic baseball league now. Prior to their first game, the two teams lined up along the baselines (similar to a MLB playoff or WS game) and instead of the national anthem being played, they said a prayer.
As a spectator, I wasn't sure what to do. Stand? Remove hat? Hat or hand over heart? Bow head? Say the prayer along with the players?

One of the main reasons we've sent our kids to Catholic schools since Kindergarten. They can say the pledge of allegience, pray, do moment of silence, national anthem, God Bless America, do nothing.... and not have to worry about somebody getting pissed off.
