At App there was a black frat (Omega Psi Phi I think) that branded an Omega on their arms. Sorry, I don't need to be part of any organization where I have to modify my body.

1) The idea of white hoods was already taken.

2) Thuggish, gang branding. Obushma...you're either with us, or against us.

3) They think of themselves as cattle, and believe they should be owned by someone.

4) They all look alike, so they have to have some visual clue to identify other members of their particular cult.

5) They don't have any father figures, so they brand themselves a family.

6) They've been brainwashed into thinking it makes them look tough.

7) Before they all failed out, they needed to find the best way to blow their scholarship and grant money.

8) It is a career move...the best paid rappers have tats.

9) When the Aids tests come back positive, the tats gives the frat boys an excuse to cover up their gayness.

We just crossed a line that evening and the mix of, Drinking, Paratroopers, and Type "A" men got us to talking shit that evening, and the next thing you know, I was on the fridge getting a brand on my left chest. A tatoo hurts more that a brand. Getting a brand only takes the top layer off the skin. Hurts for about 10 sec.
