I had recently just read about the Washington State school systems and the strength of the Eastern sides programs and knew (Absolutely KNEW) I could TROLL Kalm into a feisty response...

Georgia #32. SAD. With all of the Colleges and Universities in my State and we can only get to #32. Our State Repukes can't see to fund local Schools. They send their childern to private school. Again, its the Repukes who are destroying GA's education system. Teachers in GA have not gotten a raise in 8 years. All under a Repuke who was running the state.

One clear pattern in that data (which you always see in data like this) is that spending is a weak predictor of school quality, and there are plenty of high-spending schools that are bad (upper-left) and low-spending schools that are rated well (lower-right).
