It is NOT SEEN as criminal negligence - its seen as a divine right of passage

in a country where:
10 times out of 10 events - you will be charged for serving a minor
Zero times out of 10 events - you will be charges for Criminal Negligence for handing a child a loaded weapon

No to both

Kids should be able to drink if they are with their parents same with guns. My son started shooting when he was 5 and he hasnt had a problem but of course he was taught safety first and only kill people that are not white, gay or love soccer.

We talk about this over beers quite often.

I noticed that little Kalm was a little bit tipsy after you brought him back from tailgate hopping.

Of course he was, he told me you never let him drink at home so I fixed that problem ASAP
