At least most Dems are honest enough to acknowledge they are big government people, not portray themselves as small-government warriors who still vote to expand the government when it benefits them.
There are hypocrites on both sides, you just choose to accept and defend half of the hypocrites. Of course these "budget hawks" are hypocrites. That's easy to spot--they're politicians.
BTW, I was not attempting to portray myself as "non-partisan." I was simply pointing out the obvious that you are one of the most partisan posters on CS. Also, could you tell me where my "rush to portray myself as 'non-partisan' has left me missing the point" in the past?
